Powder Coating

Back in 2012, we added a state of the art Wagner powder coating system to the facility. Powder coating is an electrostatic process that works by applying a dry powder to a pretreated casting. Our 715 foot line allows us to support castings up to 300 pounds and produce a maximum 80,000 pounds of powder coated product a shift. This capability, along with our close relationship with our powder finishing suppliers, allows us to accommodate the industry and work towards a solution to many finishing needs that may arise.
